  • Can I cancel my order?
    • Orders may be cancelled only before the order ships. Once it ships, you can request a refund up to 30 days after receipt of item(s).
  • What if I received the wrong Item?
    • No worries! If you received the wrong item, simply send us a photo of the item you received along with your order #, and we will make it right.
  • When will I receive my order?
    • Please allow up to 21 days from shipping date to receive your purchase. Tracking will be available to allow you to view your order's current location.
  • I requested a refund. How long will it take to process?
    • Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to appear in your payment account. If it doesn't appear after the 7-10 day window, please contact your credit card company.
